How to Stay Informed & Install the GoKollab Mobile App

Welcome to the Academy’s online community group.

This group is an important part of how we communicate with students and parents. Over time, it will become our primary channel for school-wide updates, including important announcements, upcoming events, and weather-related closures. Staying connected here ensures you don’t miss time-sensitive information that affects your training.

In addition to this main group, some programs (such as Tai Chi) may have their own dedicated groups, which can be accessed through the community menu.

Why This Group Matters

By remaining in the community group and enabling notifications, you can expect to receive:

  This includes promoting other martial arts schools or products not offered through the Academy.

• No profanity, political, or religious discussions

• Keep all discussions youth-friendly

If you see a post that violates these guidelines, please report it so it can be addressed promptly.

The easiest and most reliable way to stay informed is by using the GoKollab mobile app. The app allows you to receive push notifications, view posts, and access community content all in one place.

3. Download and install the app

4. Open the app and sign in using the email address associated with your membership

5. Allow notifications when prompted

For Android

2. Search for GoKollab

3. Download and install the app

4. Sign in using your membership email

5. Enable notifications when prompted

Notification Settings

Once logged in, you can customize how you receive notifications:

• Open the app

• Go to Settings

• Adjust push and email notification preferences as needed

Enabling notifications ensures you receive real-time alerts for closures and urgent announcements.
