Finding coverage for your assisting class

Hi there Assistants and Instructors,

If you are a level 3 assistant or higher you are required to find coverage for your classes when you are planning to be away.

The best way to find some one who is qualified to take your place is by using the staff group on our community group. You can make a post but be sure to tag the people you are asking so that they see your message. It is also highly recommended to reach out in person either by phone or telegram.

Please let Sensei know with whom you have arranged to cover your classes, when making your request for time off. Especially in the Summer as this is a popular time that everyone want to go away. Include names, dates and times of coverage each person has agreed to.

please give a minimum of 2 weeks notice for vacation time.
