Congratulations on receiving your new belt!
On top of the physical requirements in class, all students also have an academic requirement at each level.
We suggest having a Karate Notebook at each class you attend for note-taking. We encourage everyone to ask questions for clarification if they don’t understand something or help with spelling.
Some of the material is also there for self-reflection, parents are welcome to help younger children with this as well.
These are all the Kids/Youth academic requirements at each belt level. They are to be completed and handed into your dojo at the time of your grading. The test to be completed is the level you are attempting. So an Orange Belt will do the Advanced Orange Belt test.
